I had a delicious lunch with excellently smoked, tender tilapia fish. It was preceded by an extensive tour of the factory where unloved potatoes are distilled into excellent vodka. Highly recommended for a peaceful lunch or dinner after a trip to see the mountain gorillas or climbing a volcano, either in the architectural building or on the terrace with a panoramic view of the volcanoes.
