Where is the distillery?We're in Musanze, Rwanda — about 4.5 km from town toward Kinigi and Volcanoes National Park, at 6,800 ft in the foothills of the Virunga Mountains. Drop by, or book your visit ahead of time.

What will I see on the tour?A multi-sensory guided experience: the property and its history, our demonstration farm, the production facility, the story of women in alcohol production, our lava-stone architecture, and a guided tasting — Taste the Spirits of Virunga.

How do I book and pay?Tours are booked and paid through our online store — prices for each package are shown at checkout. For group visits or special requests, email us at Info@VirungaMountainSpirits.com.

Can I stay for a meal?Yes — come for a tour and tasting, stay for a cocktail or a meal at Kinigi Table, our farm-to-fork restaurant on site. The Tour, Tasting & Meal package includes it; you can also reserve a table separately.

Is there an age requirement for tastings?Tastings and cocktail samplings are for guests of legal drinking age (18+). Please drink responsibly.

What about group bookings?Parties of 8 or more require a 50% deposit. Deposits are fully refunded if cancelled at least 7 days in advance; cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit. For private events, see our Host an Event page.
