Botanicals from the Virungas & Beyond

Carefully selected botanicals — including Kinigi potato flower, lemongrass, and gooseberry sourced from the volcanic terrain around the Virunga Mountains — are vapour-infused through a modified still, alongside juniper, orange citrus, cassia cinnamon, white pepper, and pine.

A One-Shot Gin

Kari Gin is a one-shot gin — one defined recipe, one batch, no dilution. It is proofed to 80 proof (40% ABV) with gravity water from the nearby volcanoes, the same water that filters through lava rock to make Kari Vodka.

How to Serve It

Try it in a Kari Kiss — tree tomato syrup and tonic — or a Kivu Kari with sweet vermouth, campari, and orange. Purists can keep it simple: neat, with a twist. The full cocktail list is on the Kinigi Table menu.
