01 · Unloved Potatoes
We source underutilized Kinigi potatoes — the small, misshapen ones farmers can't sell — from local cooperatives, grown in Musanze's volcanic soil.
02 · Mashing & Fermentation
The potatoes are mashed and fermented on site, retaining the creamy, earthy character of the raw material.
03 · Triple Distillation
We triple-distill in a copper pot still paired with a 20-plate column for exceptional purity and smoothness.
04 · Volcanic Water
The spirit is blended with gravity-fed water from the nearby volcanoes — the same water that shapes this landscape.
05 · Lava-Rock Filtration
Every batch is filtered through locally sourced lava rock, a signature of our Musanze terroir.
06 · Bottled at the Source
Kari Vodka and Kari Gin are bottled right here at 6,800 ft — field to bottle, Made in Rwanda for the World.
